This week, I focused on the missing part of the thesis materials, namely the design of the PPT. With clear planning, I will gradually advance the creation of materials to ensure that high-quality outcomes are presented in the upcoming final review.

In terms of presentation structure, I plan to use PPT as the main presentation tool and play the thesis summary video at the beginning to outline the project background and core content. The main content of the video includes the problem, research data, project goals, audience, competitor research, gaps and opportunities, user testing and audience feedback, and project prospects. After attracting the audience's attention through the video, I will switch to PPT to show in detail how the project outcomes solve the problem. The specific content will cover part of the design process and the final design, key insights and design strategies, and a one-sheet visual system. This structure focuses on both the overall overview and in-depth exploration of key details.

As the final review date approaches, my first goal is to ensure the integrity of all thesis materials. First, I will prioritize the content creation of the PPT to lay the foundation for the integrity of the materials. Second, after the materials are all done, I will focus on refining the design details, such as typography, visual performance, etc., and fix the problems found according to the feedback. Finally, I also plan to take the time to find a third party to help proofread the whole copy, check spelling, grammar, and wording, and ensure that the language expression of the material is accurate and professional.
