This week I started by reviewing the insights collated from last week based on the instructor's feedback, and I found some of the content being brought up over and over again. From there I then picked 10 key insights that helped develop the deliverables. In the end, I chose the 4 best insights out of 10 key insights.

These insights can be used to develop graphic design solutions from different perspectives (for downtown denser areas, lack of pedestrian information resources and technical support, neglect of pedestrian safety training and conduct codes, and non-native people).

I've listed possible deliverables, but it's not clear to me how to make them competitive and different from similar examples. I always think that if I don't know, it doesn't mean that similar examples don't exist. How can I effectively identify gaps and opportunities?
